•  Responsible for enterprise learning infrastructure and technology-based training and organizational development solutions available to over 180,000 employees nationwide from home, retail pharmacy locations, distribution centers, and central & remote corporate offices

•  Manage multi-million dollar annual budget and a team of 6 direct & 5 in-direct reports

•  Led all aspects of front store training strategy, from analysis to implementation, during the sixteen week conversion of over 600 Osco/Sav-on Pharmacies and training of over 20,000 new employees

•  Managed the technical and instructional design aspects of hundreds of hours of custom Web-based and Computer-based training courses

•  Managed 450 District Training Site locations nationwide and developed a completion code methodology for the tracking of Computer-based training
